Setting Up an Art Show
Setting up an art show is not as easy as it looks.
Or maybe you are thinking, who says I ever thought this was easy?
My daughter and I helped Jill with the set up on Wednesday afternoon.
Jill was at the library setting up on Thursday night and for several hours on Friday. I’ve gotten emails on the progress; and I will gladly be supplying the lemonade in memory of Kiersten.
The art show is from 2 – 5 pm at the Highland Park Public Library.
Hip, hip, hooray for Jill!

Good luck with the art show.

May be hard work setting up, but you all look like you're having fun. Everyone looks nice and all your hard work will pay off when people come to see and enjoy the art show. Keep having fun!

Your daughter's ballerina painting is just beautiful, she certainly has a reason for being proud.... I hope the art show goes well. It must be soooo exciting. Good Luck!

Congratulations. Enjoy and be proud of your beautiful family.
My sister used to live in Highland Park when she first got married. It's a great town.

Thanks Leora and daughter for your help in setting up the show, for the lemonade, grapes, support, etc.
I think it was a big success!

Jill, oh, definitely! It was a great success, and I think we had a lot of smiling faces in that room. Loved meeting fellow artists, and I can't wait to put the guitar girls in a blog post.

What fun..I went to one of my mother's shows at the senior center and took photos of her art. I should post them. Your daughter is adorable and has every reason to be proud of her painting and I love to have faces to put with names...

I set up some of my photos once at a couple local Starbucks...it was nerve wracking!!!

What a cutie she is! It's so nice you brought her along to experience an artist's life in all its parameters. Sounds like a great experience for both of you.
Please leave a comment! I love to hear from you.
